If You have a Loan with DiTech Financial LLC then You need to Read this Now
Each week we send thousands of consumers’ complaints about financial products and services to companies for response. Complaints are listed in the database after the company responds or after they’ve had the complaint for 15 calendar days, whichever comes first. We publish the consumer’s description of what happened if the consumer opts to share it and after taking steps to remove personal information. See our Scrubbing Standard for more details We don’t verify all the facts alleged in these complaints, but we take steps to confirm a commercial relationship. We may remove complaints if they don’t meet all of the publication criteria. Data is generally refreshed nightly. Company level information should be considered in context of company size and/or market share.
We went to the complaint database and looked at some complaints from homeowners in NJ who had problems with DiTech also know as Green Tree Servicing. Here is one actual story that you may be able to identify with:
Complaint ID 1676630
Ditech financial has been giving me bills that change the amounts at least twice a month. They have also added fees to my mortgage account and have not applied my payments correctly and do not answer my complaints except with ” we have received your complaint and it is under review ” The last answer I got stated that they felt they answered all my questions previously, that came from a paralegal. I am so frustrated with this company. I am attaching my latest correspondence.
This is an actual case of how a DiTech loan servicing error is having an adverse effect on this NJ homeowner’s life. The law firm of Denbeaux and Denbeaux has experience when it comes to situations like this.
Once such case is Psaros vs GreenTree Servicing ( DiTech)
If you have something similar happening with any kind of consumer debt, loan servicer or attorney trying to collect a debt, you need to speak to Josh Denbeaux and Adam Deutsch who can reveal to how to sue for monetary damages under federal consumer protection laws.
