Our primary objective is to provide legal representation to individual consumers who have been harmed, victimized, or who are otherwise in need of relief from debt through means other than the filing of a bankruptcy.
We serve clients in legal matters related to defense of foreclosure and debt collection actions as well as the prosecution of cases related to predatory lending, false credit reporting, and illegal debt collection practices.
Since 2008, we have represented more than 2,000 homeowners. We measure success as being able to get our clients to a better place than when they first came to us.
Formed in 1989, Denbeaux & Denbeaux is a law firm dedicated to providing top level legal representation to its clients. Joshua Denbeaux, Esq., Abigail Denbeaux-Kahl, Senior Associate and Mark Denbeaux, of Counsel, as well associate attorneys, represent individuals and businesses in New Jersey state and federal Courts. The firm originally represented small businesses in litigation and performed real estate closings, as well as the drafting of wills.
In 2007, a number of clients began having financial hardship which was an early sign of the economic crash to come. It was quickly realized that the firm’s clients and friends were in need of a different type of representation. Always concerned with providing a positive civic role as well as operating a business, the firm shifted gears to fill the need by representing homeowners facing foreclosure.
